Refund policy

For returns, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back to me in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

I don’t typically accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

~Custom or personalized orders

~Perishable products (like food or flowers)

~Digital downloads

~gift cards

~Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shopify's payment platform accepts many major cards and offers pay-in-4. 

If you send me a message, I can accommodate many payment plan and deposit/reservation situations on higher tag (over 300usd) items.
